MWMS Page Naming Standard

Document Type: Standard
Status: Canon
Authority: HeadOffice
Applies To: All MWMS pages
Parent: Governance
Version: v1.2
Last Reviewed: 2026-04-04

Purpose

This standard defines the required naming structure for all MWMS pages.

Consistent page naming ensures:

• stable registry matching
• reliable Brain routing
• predictable automation behaviour
• clean system navigation
• reduced maintenance overhead
• consistent visual structure across the ecosystem

Inconsistent naming introduces structural instability and increases operational friction.

Standardised naming ensures that pages remain compatible with MWMS architecture as the system scales.

Scope

This standard applies to:

• canon pages
• standards
• protocols
• frameworks
• specifications
• references
• architecture pages
• system documentation
• Brain pages
• governance pages

All pages created within MWMS must comply with this naming structure.

Core Rule

All page titles must follow the structure:

SYSTEM Subject Name

Titles must:

• use Title Case
• avoid special characters
• avoid symbols
• avoid punctuation except spaces

The title must clearly reflect the page purpose while remaining structurally consistent with MWMS taxonomy.

Mandatory Structure

Page titles must follow this structure:

SYSTEM Subject Name

Examples:

MWMS Brain Connector Architecture
MWMS Brain Creation Protocol
MWMS Document Taxonomy
MWMS Architecture Registry
MWMS Brain Interaction Map

Affiliate Brain Offer Intelligence
Affiliate Brain Opportunity Queue
Affiliate Brain Velocity Decision Engine

Ads Brain Creative Testing Workflow
Ads Brain Hook Intelligence Library
Ads Brain Creative Signal Interpretation Framework

Research Brain Opportunity Heatmap
Research Brain Market Pressure Index

Experimentation Brain Structured Testing Protocol

Finance Brain Capital Allocation Framework

SIT Brain Drift Detection Protocol

Prohibited Formatting

The following are not permitted:

dash characters
underscores
mixed dash styles
special characters
abbreviations that reduce clarity

Examples not allowed:

MWMS – Brain Connector Architecture
Affiliate Brain – Offer Intelligence
Ads Brain – Creative Testing Workflow
Research_Brain Opportunity Heatmap
MWMS: Document Taxonomy

Dash usage previously caused:

registry mismatches
automation matching failures
cleanup workload
visual inconsistency
structural drift

All titles must use spaces only.

Title Case Rule

Each major word must begin with a capital letter.

Correct:

MWMS Brain Interaction Map

Incorrect:

mwms brain interaction map
MWMS brain interaction map

Brain Prefix Rule

Where a page belongs to a Brain, the Brain name must appear first.

Examples:

Affiliate Brain Offer Intelligence
Ads Brain Creative Testing Workflow
Research Brain Opportunity Heatmap

This ensures correct grouping inside navigation structures.

MWMS Prefix Rule

System-level pages must begin with:

MWMS

Examples:

MWMS Architecture Registry
MWMS Canon Hierarchy Map
MWMS Brain Registry

Naming Consistency Principle

Naming consistency improves:

searchability
automation matching
registry accuracy
onboarding speed for new AI Employees
visual structure across Brains

Relationship to Monthly Change Log Handling Rule

Minor naming corrections, formatting updates, or alignment with this standard do not automatically require a monthly change log entry.

Monthly change log entries are only required when:

naming rules themselves change
taxonomy structure changes
system classification logic changes

Routine title corrections do not require monthly logging.

When required, the AI must state:

Please add this to Change Log Month

Drift Protection

The system must prevent:

use of dash characters in titles
inconsistent capitalisation
inconsistent Brain prefixes
duplicate naming structures
symbol usage in titles
abbreviated page titles that reduce clarity

Naming drift causes registry instability.

Registry instability causes routing failure.

Routing failure breaks system reliability.

Architectural Intent

Page titles act as structural anchors inside MWMS.

They must remain:

predictable
consistent
machine-readable
human-readable

Stable naming enables MWMS to scale without structural cleanup overhead.
