Document Type: Registry
Status: Operational
Version: v1.1
Authority: Affiliate Brain
Parent: Offer Intelligence
Applies To: Affiliate opportunity tracking
Last Reviewed: 2026-03-15
Purpose
The Offer Registry is the master index of all affiliate opportunities analysed within Affiliate Brain.
It ensures every opportunity evaluated by the system is recorded and traceable.
The registry exists to prevent:
• duplicate opportunity analysis
• forgotten test outcomes
• repeated testing of rejected opportunities
• fragmentation of opportunity intelligence
All opportunities evaluated through Offer Intelligence must be recorded in the Offer Registry.
Scope
This registry applies to:
• all affiliate opportunities analysed by Affiliate Brain
• lifecycle tracking of evaluated opportunities
• registry linkage to Offer Intelligence pages
• experiment reference tracking where testing occurs
• prevention of duplicate or unregistered opportunity movement through the system
This document governs the master index of affiliate opportunities inside Affiliate Brain.
It does not govern:
• direct offer evaluation by itself
• capital approval by itself
• experiment methodology by itself
• live campaign execution by itself
• graveyard-record structure by itself
• research-intelligence methodology by itself
Those remain governed by Offer Intelligence, the Velocity Decision Engine, Experimentation Brain, Finance Brain, and related operational documents.
Definition / Rules
Registry Structure
Each entry represents a single affiliate opportunity.
Entries must include:
• Offer Name
• Network
• Offer Page Link
• Current Lifecycle Stage
• Decision Classification
• Velocity Result
• Testing Status
• Experiment References
Registry Table
Standard column structure:
Offer | Network | Offer Intelligence Page | Lifecycle Stage | Decision Class | Velocity Result | Test Status | Experiment ID
Example entries:
| Aqua Tower | ClickBank | Offer: Aqua Tower | Evaluated | Class 2 | Pass | Testing | EXP-014 |
| Genius Wave | ClickBank | Offer: Genius Wave | Evaluated | Class 1 | Fail | Rejected | N/A |
Lifecycle Tracking
Each offer must always exist in one lifecycle state:
• Intake
• Offer Intelligence
• Evaluated
• Approved for Test
• Testing
• Paused
• Scaled
• Retired
Lifecycle state must match the state declared inside the Offer Intelligence page.
Cross-Brain Integration
The Offer Registry connects three MWMS systems:
• Affiliate Brain
• Research Brain
• Experimentation Brain
Affiliate Brain records opportunities.
Research Brain records insights generated from opportunities.
Experimentation Brain records testing outcomes.
Each experiment must reference:
• Offer Name
• Experiment ID
• Insight_ID (if applicable)
Offer Graveyard Integration
Rejected opportunities must be moved to:
Affiliate Brain Offer Graveyard
The Offer Registry must record the final lifecycle stage as:
Retired
This prevents re-analysis of structurally invalid opportunities.
Structural Discipline Rule
No affiliate opportunity may be tested unless it exists in the Offer Registry.
If an offer is missing from the registry:
Testing must halt until it is registered.
Offer Intelligence Link Rule
All opportunities evaluated within Offer Intelligence must be recorded within the Offer Registry.
The registry functions as the master index of all affiliate opportunities analysed by Affiliate Brain.
Offer Intelligence pages must include a corresponding entry in the Offer Registry prior to testing.
Final Rule
If an offer is not present in the Offer Registry, it is not structurally active inside Affiliate Brain, regardless of whether analysis exists elsewhere.
Registry presence is mandatory for system recognition.
Drift Protection
The system must prevent:
• opportunities being evaluated without registry entry
• lifecycle stages drifting between Offer Intelligence and the registry
• rejected offers being retested without graveyard visibility
• experiment records existing without linked offer identity
• duplicate offer entries fragmenting opportunity history
• testing starting before registry registration is complete
Offer tracking must remain centralised, current, and registry-linked.
Architectural Intent
Offer Registry exists to give Affiliate Brain one authoritative index of all affiliate opportunities moving through the system.
Its role is to preserve lifecycle visibility, prevent fragmented offer memory, and ensure that evaluation, testing, rejection, and experimentation remain traceable at the offer level across the MWMS ecosystem.
