Purpose

Offer Intelligence is the evaluation layer inside Affiliate Brain.

It exists to:

• analyse affiliate opportunities
• evaluate offer structure
• assess mechanism clarity
• assess hook potential
• assess funnel integrity
• assess compliance risk
• assess traffic suitability

Offer Intelligence does not execute campaigns.

It produces structured analysis that informs testing decisions.

Scope

This architecture applies to:

• affiliate opportunity evaluation inside Affiliate Brain
• offer-level structural assessment before Velocity review
• creation and maintenance of individual Offer Intelligence pages
• linkage between offer evaluation and the Offer Registry
• structured analysis used to inform testing decisions

This document defines the offer-evaluation layer operating between research intake and Velocity-based testing decisions.

It does not govern:

• live campaign execution
• direct capital allocation
• final testing approval by itself
• experiment methodology by itself
• scaling decisions by themselves
• offer-registry implementation details by themselves

Those remain governed by Affiliate Brain governance systems, the Velocity Decision Engine, Finance Brain, Experimentation Brain, and related operational documents.

Definition / Rules

Role in Affiliate Brain

Offer Intelligence sits between:

Research Brain
and
Velocity Decision Engine

Research Brain supplies signals.

Offer Intelligence evaluates individual opportunities.

Velocity Decision Engine determines whether testing proceeds.

Offer Page Requirement

Each affiliate opportunity must receive its own Offer Intelligence page.

Examples:

• Offer: Aqua Tower
• Offer: Genius Wave
• Offer: New Opportunity

All offer pages must be created from the Offer Intelligence Template.

Evaluation Framework

Each offer must be evaluated across six areas.

Mechanism Clarity

Is the mechanism understandable and believable?

Market Demand

Is the underlying problem strong and widely experienced?

Hook Strength

Can compelling traffic hooks be created?

Funnel Integrity

Is the VSL or sales page structurally persuasive?

Compliance Risk

Does the offer create advertising risk?

Traffic Suitability

Is the offer compatible with chosen traffic channels?

Evaluation Outcome

Offer Intelligence does not approve campaigns.

It produces a structured analysis.

Affiliate Brain then determines whether the opportunity enters structured testing.

Offer Registry Requirement

All opportunities evaluated within Offer Intelligence must be recorded within the Offer Registry.

The Offer Registry functions as the master index of all affiliate opportunities analysed by Affiliate Brain.

Every Offer Intelligence page must have a corresponding entry within the Offer Registry before testing may proceed.

This ensures:

• complete opportunity tracking
• lifecycle visibility across the system
• prevention of duplicate analysis
• traceability between offer evaluation and experiment outcomes

Testing may not proceed if the opportunity is missing from the Offer Registry.

Final Rule

An offer is not structurally recognised inside MWMS until it has both:

• a completed Offer Intelligence page
and
• a corresponding Offer Registry entry

If either is missing, the opportunity is incomplete.

Drift Protection

The system must prevent:

• offers being evaluated informally without a dedicated page
• testing beginning before Offer Registry entry exists
• duplicate offer analysis across multiple pages
• research signals being mistaken for completed offer evaluation
• structural offer weakness being skipped in favour of enthusiasm or speed
• unregistered opportunities entering downstream testing systems

Offer evaluation must remain page-based, structured, and registry-linked.

Architectural Intent

Offer Intelligence exists to give Affiliate Brain a repeatable offer-evaluation layer that turns raw opportunity signals into structured opportunity analysis.

Its role is to ensure that each affiliate offer is examined consistently, documented properly, linked into the system registry, and made visible to downstream decision layers before any testing pathway is considered.
