Purpose
This document defines the top-level visibility interface for the entire MWMS ecosystem.
The MWMS System Command Center provides HeadOffice with a unified dashboard that displays the operational status, governance signals, and revenue pipeline across all MWMS Brains.
The purpose is to allow HeadOffice to quickly understand:
• system health
• revenue pipeline status
• capital exposure
• experimentation progress
• advertising performance
• governance alerts
• structural risk signals
This dashboard is the executive visibility layer for MWMS.
It does not permit operational execution.
Scope
This specification applies to:
• the top-level MWMS ecosystem dashboard
• system-wide executive visibility across all major Brains
• cross-brain monitoring of health, flow, risk, and alerts
• governance-safe presentation of ecosystem signals
• future command-center expansion within HeadOffice UI
This document governs what the MWMS System Command Center should show and how it should function as a system-wide observation layer.
It does not govern:
• direct operational execution
• capital approval
• lifecycle-stage modification
• experiment validation authority
• campaign launch authority
• Brain-specific operational decisions
Those remain governed by the relevant Brains and their controlling canons.

• Finance Brain protects capital
• SIT Brain protects system integrity
• PPL Brain governs lead-generation systems
• AIBS Brain governs AI operational systems
HeadOffice governs the system.
Drift Protection
The system must prevent:
• the Command Center becoming an execution surface instead of a visibility layer
• cross-brain data visibility being mistaken for cross-brain authority
• capital and experiment panels bypassing Finance or Experimentation governance
• lifecycle visibility turning into lifecycle-edit control
• system-wide observation collapsing into operational override behaviour
• dashboard expansion weakening the separation between governance and execution
The MWMS System Command Center must remain observational, cross-brain, and governance-safe.
Architectural Intent
HeadOffice UI – MWMS System Command Center (Spec) exists to define the top-level executive visibility layer for the entire MWMS ecosystem.
Its role is to give HeadOffice a unified observation surface across health, pipeline, experimentation, capital, integrity, and operational systems so the ecosystem can be governed coherently without collapsing the authority boundaries of the Brains that perform the work.
