Purpose

The Offer Lifecycle Dashboard provides a unified visibility layer showing how opportunities move through the MWMS ecosystem from intake through testing, iteration, scaling, stabilisation, and retirement.

The dashboard exists to:

track opportunity progression across multiple Brains

provide structured visibility into revenue pipeline flow

prevent opportunity stagnation

identify scaling candidates

detect failing experiments early

support disciplined capital deployment

maintain lifecycle integrity across handoffs

reveal structural bottlenecks

improve system learning visibility

The dashboard does not evaluate opportunities.

The dashboard does not design campaigns.

The dashboard does not approve budgets.

The dashboard does not execute changes.

It provides lifecycle visibility only.
