Purpose

The Ads Brain – Employee Registry defines all operational AI roles responsible for paid traffic intelligence inside the MWMS ecosystem.

Ads Brain employees design, analyse, and interpret advertising experiments.

They do not authorise capital and cannot override governance.

Finance Brain governs capital allocation.

SIT Brain governs structural integrity.

HeadOffice retains final authority.

This reference applies to:

This document governs which employees exist inside Ads Brain, what they do, and what they may not do.

It does not govern:

They operate within governance boundaries and support disciplined experimentation.


Drift Protection

The system must prevent:

• Ads Brain employees being treated as budget authorities
• advisory employees being mistaken for executive decision-makers
• creative-generation roles bypassing experiment discipline
• employee responsibilities drifting into Affiliate Brain, Finance Brain, or SIT Brain domains
• planned automation being treated as live authority before activation

Employee roles must remain explicit, bounded, and governance-safe.


Architectural Intent

Ads Brain – Employee Registry exists to define the human-readable and machine-readable role structure for paid traffic intelligence inside MWMS.

Its role is to ensure that advertising employees operate with clear responsibilities, clear limits, and clear automation posture so that the Ads Brain can scale intelligently without collapsing role boundaries or governance discipline.
