Purpose
This document defines the Experiment Summary Dashboard as the high-level overview surface for experimentation activity within Affiliate Brain.
Its purpose is to summarise testing history, surface visible patterns, and improve strategic decision-making.
The dashboard allows MWMS to quickly assess:
• total experiments run
• experiment outcomes
• traffic source performance
• offer category performance
• creative testing activity
• current testing momentum
This dashboard does not replace detailed campaign records.
It summarises them.
Scope
This reference applies to:
• Affiliate Brain experimentation summary views
• strategic review of testing history
• pattern visibility across traffic sources and offer categories
• creative testing trend visibility
• monitoring whether learning capture is being maintained
This document defines what the summary dashboard should show and how it should be used.
It does not govern:
• campaign launch approval
• experiment logging rules
• campaign review decisions
• stage progression authority
• capital allocation decisions
• detailed campaign record storage
Those remain governed by the Experiment Registry, Campaign Review Protocol, Campaign Intelligence Archive, Stage Progression Protocol, and Affiliate Brain Canon.
Definition / Rules
Architectural Role
The Experiment Summary Dashboard acts as the overview layer above the Experiment Registry and Campaign Intelligence Archive.
It allows Affiliate Brain to quickly review the state of experimentation without manually opening each detailed campaign record.
This improves strategic visibility and reduces decision fatigue.

Experiment Summary Dashboard
Core Principle
Individual campaign records contain detail.
Dashboard summaries provide perspective.
The Experiment Summary Dashboard exists to surface broad patterns that are difficult to see when reviewing experiments one by one.
Dashboard Sections
The dashboard contains six summary areas.
1. Experiment Count Summary
Purpose:
Provide a quick overview of testing volume.
Fields:
• Total Experiments Run
• Total Active Experiments
• Total Completed Experiments
• Total Paused Experiments
• Total Terminated Experiments
Purpose of use:
Track overall experimentation activity.
2. Outcome Summary
Purpose:
Summarise experiment outcomes.
Fields:
• Successful Experiments
• Promising Experiments
• Neutral Experiments
• Failed Experiments
Purpose of use:
Identify overall test win rate and pattern of campaign results.
3. Traffic Source Summary
Purpose:
Summarise which traffic sources are being used and how they are performing.
Fields:
• YouTube Ads – total experiments
• Google Video Ads – total experiments
• Google Display Ads – total experiments
Optional future fields:
• Meta Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Native Ads
Purpose of use:
Understand where the strongest signal quality and revenue behaviour are emerging.
4. Offer Category Summary
Purpose:
Summarise which offer categories are being tested and how they perform.
Example categories:
• Health
• Finance
• Survival
• Self-help
• Business opportunity
• Software
Fields:
• Category Name
• Number of Tests
• Number of Successful Outcomes
• Number of Failed Outcomes
Purpose of use:
Identify which categories deserve more attention and which categories may be structurally weak.
5. Creative Testing Summary
Purpose:
Summarise creative experimentation activity.
Fields:
• Total Hooks Tested
• Total Angles Tested
• Best-Performing Angle Category
• Best-Performing Hook Category
• Most Common Hook Failure Type
Purpose of use:
Reveal creative learning trends.
6. Learning Momentum Summary
Purpose:
Track whether campaign learning is being captured properly.
Fields:
• Campaign Reviews Completed
• Archive Entries Completed
• Hook Intelligence Entries Added
• Offer Graveyard Entries Added
Purpose of use:
Ensure the system is capturing and storing intelligence consistently.
Suggested Dashboard Format
The dashboard may be maintained as a simple structured summary page.
Example:
Total Experiments Run:
18
Successful:
3
Promising:
4
Neutral:
2
Failed:
9
Best Traffic Source:
YouTube Ads
Best Offer Category:
Health
Most Common Failure Pattern:
Weak funnel persuasion after strong hook
Dashboard Update Frequency
The Experiment Summary Dashboard should be updated:
• weekly
• monthly
• before strategic planning sessions
• before selecting new offers to test
Interpretation Rule
The dashboard supports strategic decisions.
It does not override:
• Velocity Decision Engine
• Stage Progression Protocol
• Campaign Review Protocol
The dashboard provides summary intelligence only.
Drift Protection
The dashboard must not:
• duplicate full campaign records
• replace the Experiment Registry
• replace the Campaign Intelligence Archive
It exists to summarise, not to store detail.
Architectural Intent
The Experiment Summary Dashboard helps Affiliate Brain understand the larger experimentation picture.
It provides fast strategic visibility into what is being tested, what is working, and where intelligence is accumulating.
Over time, this improves decision quality and strengthens campaign strategy.
