Purpose
This document defines the standard structure used to evaluate affiliate marketing opportunities within the MWMS ecosystem.
Every offer evaluated by Affiliate Brain must use this structure.
The template exists to ensure consistent data collection, objective evaluation, and reliable comparison between opportunities.
This page does not approve campaigns.
It gathers intelligence used by the Velocity Decision Engine and related Affiliate Brain decision layers.

• consistent intelligence capture before testing decisions
• standardised comparison between multiple offers

This document defines what an Offer Intelligence page must contain.
It does not govern:

This includes:

• competitive environment
• funnel structure

• promotability constraints
The collected information feeds into later decision layers within Affiliate Brain.

Define the core mechanism of the offer.

Strong mechanisms often improve advertising performance.
Target Audience
Define the primary audience.
Key questions:
• Who experiences the problem this offer solves?
• What are the demographic characteristics?
• What are the psychological motivations?
• What pain points are present?
• What desired outcomes matter most?
Understanding the audience improves hook development, creative alignment, and offer interpretation.
Problem Intensity
Evaluate how severe the audience problem is.
Problem intensity levels:
Low problem intensity
Audience curiosity only.
Moderate problem intensity
Audience inconvenience.
High problem intensity
Audience strong motivation to solve the problem.
High problem intensity often correlates with stronger conversion behaviour.
Market Demand
Evaluate the size and visibility of the potential audience.
Indicators may include:

Competitive Landscape
Identify the competitive environment.

Structural Signal Summary
Summarise the structural strengths and weaknesses of the offer.

This summary assists later evaluation and comparison.
Velocity Pre-Screen Notes
Provide initial observations that may influence the Velocity Decision Engine.
Example notes:

• possible compliance concerns

Usage Rule
Every offer entering structured Affiliate Brain evaluation should receive its own Offer Intelligence page using this standard.
Offer Intelligence pages must be completed before progression into deeper decision layers.
This ensures that opportunities are evaluated using recorded intelligence rather than memory or hype.
Drift Protection
The system must prevent:
• evaluating offers without a structured intelligence page
• comparing opportunities using inconsistent data
• progressing offers into deeper review without basic intelligence capture
• relying on memory rather than documented evidence
All structured offer evaluation must use this template.
Architectural Intent
