MWMS Organisation Chart

Purpose

The MWMS ecosystem operates as an AI-augmented organisation.

It is structured similarly to a modern corporation where:

• HeadOffice acts as executive leadership
• Brains act as departments
• AI Employees act as specialised staff

This structure ensures clear governance, operational separation, and scalable growth.

Scope

This reference applies to:

• the overall organisational structure of MWMS
• executive, governance, intelligence, production, and execution layer visibility
• Brain placement within the organisational hierarchy
• authority-flow visibility across the ecosystem
• stable reference for structural understanding and future system expansion

This document defines the high-level organisational chart of MWMS.

It does not govern:

• detailed Brain authority rules by themselves
• decision ownership by itself
• task routing by itself
• capital approval by itself
• campaign execution by itself
• employee-role definitions by themselves

Those remain governed by HeadOffice, the MWMS – Brain Registry, MWMS – Decision Authority Matrix, MWMS – Brain Interaction Map, and related canon documents.

Authority Rules

Authority always flows top-down.

Human Executive Authority

HeadOffice

Departmental Brains

AI Employees

Operational Systems

Lower levels may advise upward but may not override higher authority.

Governance Rule

No Brain may:

• override HeadOffice
• expand its operational scope without approval
• create AI Employees without registry inclusion

All structural changes must be recorded in:

• MWMS – System Change Log

Outcome

The MWMS Organisation Chart defines the operational structure of the MWMS ecosystem.

It ensures:

• clear governance
• scalable architecture
• defined responsibilities
• stable system expansion

Final Rule

The organisation chart is a structural visibility surface, not an authority override surface.

If the chart and a governing canon ever conflict, the governing canon prevails.

Drift Protection

The system must prevent:

• departments existing without visible placement in the organisational structure
• authority relationships being inferred differently by different operators
• Brain placement drifting away from the recognised ecosystem model
• reference charts being mistaken for permission to bypass canon rules
• structural expansion occurring without organisational visibility
• executive, governance, and execution layers collapsing into one another conceptually

The organisation chart must remain clear, stable, and ecosystem-wide.

Architectural Intent

MWMS – Organisation Chart exists to make the MWMS ecosystem legible as an AI-augmented organisation.

Its role is to show how executive authority, governance departments, intelligence functions, production functions, and execution functions fit together so the system can scale like a structured organisation instead of a loose collection of tools and pages.

Change Log

Version: v1.1
Date: 2026-03-15
Author: MWMS HeadOffice
Change: Rebuilt page to align with the locked MWMS document standard for this cleanup pass. Preserved the original organisation model, hierarchy, division structure, five-layer model, authority flow, governance rule, and intended organisational outcome. Added Document Type, Parent, Scope, Definition / Rules structure, Final Rule, Drift Protection, and Architectural Intent sections. Also updated the change-log reference to MWMS – System Change Log.

Version: v1.0

Author: MWMS HeadOffice
Change: Initial creation of MWMS – Organisation Chart defining the operational structure of the MWMS ecosystem.
