Strategy Brain Employee Registry

Document Type: Canon
Status: Canon
Version: v1.0
Authority: HeadOffice
Applies To: Strategy Brain employee roles, authority boundaries, strategic synthesis, and directional output governance
Parent: Strategy Brain
Last Reviewed: 2026-03-15

Purpose

This document defines the formal employee structure of Strategy Brain.

Its purpose is to ensure that Strategy Brain produces structured strategic direction through clearly separated roles, bounded authority, and governed outputs.

This registry exists to define:

• who synthesises cross-brain patterns
• who frames strategic hypotheses
• who identifies positioning whitespace
• who maps long-range opportunity direction
• who detects strategic conflict or drift
• how strategic output remains separate from execution and capital authority

Scope

This canon applies to:

• all Strategy Brain employees
• employee role definitions
• employee authority boundaries
• trigger conditions
• output types
• governance separation between Strategy Brain and operational Brains

This document governs who Strategy Brain employees are, what they may do, and what they may not do.

It does not govern:

• campaign execution
• capital allocation
• scaling approval
• direct offer approval
• canon mutation
• final strategic override authority

Those remain governed by HeadOffice, Affiliate Brain, Finance Brain, SIT Brain, Risk Brain, and the wider MWMS canon structure.

Structural Impact

Strategy Brain now formally contains:

• synthesis of validated cross-brain patterns
• strategic hypothesis framing
• positioning direction analysis
• opportunity-direction mapping
• mechanism strategy analysis
• conflict detection
• sequencing guidance

Separation maintained:

• Research Brain → produces evidence
• Strategy Brain → interprets directional meaning
• Affiliate / PPL / AIBS / Ads → execute within approved scope
• Finance → controls capital
• SIT → enforces structure
• HeadOffice → holds final authority

Strategy Brain interprets direction.

It does not approve or execute direction.

Governance Separation

Strategy Brain employees are strategic interpreters only.

They may:

• synthesise
• frame
• compare
• map
• escalate

They may not:

• execute
• fund
• launch
• scale
• command other Brains

All strategic outputs remain advisory unless explicitly adopted by HeadOffice.

Drift Protection

The system must prevent:

• Strategy Brain employees performing execution work
• strategic analysis being mistaken for approval
• employee outputs being treated as capital permission
• strategic hypotheses being treated as operational test authority
• positioning outputs being mistaken for live creative direction
• Strategy Brain employees mutating canon or bypassing HeadOffice

Strategy Brain employees remain directional intelligence producers only.

Architectural Intent

The Strategy Brain Employee Registry exists to make strategic direction inside MWMS structured, role-based, and governable.

It ensures that synthesis, positioning, mechanism analysis, sequencing, and strategic conflict detection are handled through bounded employee roles rather than vague “strategy thinking.”

This protects the separation between evidence, strategy, governance, and execution across the MWMS ecosystem.

Final Rule

Strategy Brain employees may shape directional thinking, but they may not convert thinking into authority.

Direction is their function.
Approval is not.
