Purpose
MWMS Brain System Map defines the high-level structural relationship between the major Brains inside MWMS.
It exists to make the ecosystem visible as one coordinated system rather than a collection of isolated pages.
This page helps:
clarify Brain roles
prevent authority drift
improve cross-brain navigation
show system flow
support HeadOffice visibility
reduce structural confusion during expansion
The system map is a structural reference page.
It does not replace the Canon, Architecture, or Page Registry of any Brain.
Scope
This page applies to:
all active MWMS Brains
cross-brain role visibility
high-level authority understanding
high-level system flow understanding
cross-brain relationship mapping
This page does not define:
full operational detail for each Brain
page-by-page internal architecture
plugin implementation
dashboard rendering logic
capital thresholds
test execution rules
Those remain governed by each Brain’s own Canon, Architecture, Registry, and related governance pages.
Core Structural Principle
Each Brain exists to perform a distinct structural role.
Brains must cooperate.
Brains must not collapse into each other.
HeadOffice preserves system visibility and authority discipline.
System Layers
MWMS operates through interacting layers.
- Governance Layer
HeadOffice governs:
system visibility
authority discipline
registry discipline
cross-brain alignment
dashboard and command visibility
structural oversight
HeadOffice does not replace the operational Brains.
HeadOffice governs the system from above.
- Opportunity and Revenue Layer
Affiliate Brain governs:
opportunity intake
offer intelligence
testing readiness
progression discipline
controlled scaling eligibility
affiliate revenue pathway logic
Affiliate Brain turns opportunities into structured growth candidates.
- Experimentation and Validation Layer
Experimentation Brain governs:
signal interpretation
evidence quality
confidence progression
test interpretation discipline
learning loop integrity
financial signal sensitivity during testing
Experimentation Brain determines whether testing produces decision-useful learning.
- Capital Discipline Layer
Finance Brain governs:
capital protection
allocation discipline
exposure ceilings
financial survivability
risk-sensitive scaling discipline
Finance Brain determines whether growth remains survivable.
- Creative and Traffic Execution Layer
Ads Brain governs:
creative deployment
traffic delivery
ad platform execution
creative variation mechanics
platform-level testing execution
Ads Brain produces live traffic conditions and creative test environments.
- Research and Discovery Layer
Research Brain governs:
market discovery
signal gathering
problem visibility
evidence sourcing
pattern detection
opportunity context generation
Research Brain improves the quality of opportunities entering the system.
- Integrity and Oversight Layer
SIT Brain governs:
system integrity
structural health monitoring
implementation trust
test and system integrity oversight
SIT Brain protects structural reliability across the ecosystem.
High-Level System Flow
A typical MWMS growth path may operate as follows:
Research Brain
→ identifies signals, patterns, and opportunity context
Affiliate Brain
→ structures opportunities, intelligence, and testing readiness
Velocity / lifecycle discipline inside Affiliate Brain
→ determines whether an opportunity should enter controlled testing
Ads Brain
→ executes traffic and creative variations inside controlled conditions
Experimentation Brain
→ interprets signals, evidence, confidence, and learning quality
Affiliate Brain
→ determines progression readiness
Finance Brain
→ determines exposure discipline and capital survivability
Controlled Scaling
→ expands only when evidence, progression, and finance remain aligned
HeadOffice
→ maintains visibility, alignment, and structural oversight throughout
Cross-Brain Interaction Summary
HeadOffice
interacts with every Brain through governance, visibility, and authority control.
Research Brain
feeds signal and pattern intelligence into Affiliate Brain and related evaluation layers.
Affiliate Brain
interfaces directly with Research Brain, Experimentation Brain, Finance Brain, and Ads Brain.
Experimentation Brain
interfaces directly with Affiliate Brain, Ads Brain, and Finance Brain.
Finance Brain
interfaces directly with Affiliate Brain and Experimentation Brain to protect capital discipline.
Ads Brain
interfaces directly with Affiliate Brain and Experimentation Brain to provide execution environments and performance signals.
SIT Brain
monitors structural integrity across system components.
Structural Role Summary by Brain

Research Brain
Role:
discovery, pattern detection, signal sourcing
Affiliate Brain
Role:
opportunity qualification, revenue-pathway governance, lifecycle control
Experimentation Brain

Boundary Discipline
Brains must remain structurally distinct.
Examples:
Research Brain does not approve capital.
Affiliate Brain does not replace Finance Brain.
Experimentation Brain does not directly approve scaling.
Ads Brain does not determine structural progression authority.
Finance Brain does not define opportunity desirability.
HeadOffice does not replace operational Brain logic.
Boundary discipline prevents structural confusion.
Map Maintenance Rule
When a new Brain is added, removed, renamed, or materially expanded, this system map should be reviewed.
If major cross-brain routing changes occur, this page should be updated.
The system map must remain simple enough to stay usable.
Architectural Intent
MWMS Brain System Map exists to provide one clear reference surface for understanding how the main Brains relate to each other.
Its role is to reduce ambiguity, support better system navigation, and make cross-brain authority boundaries visible as MWMS grows.
