Purpose
The PPL Brain exists to design, validate, and scale Pay-Per-Lead acquisition systems.
It governs:
• local lead-generation models
• inbound-call optimisation
• intent-capture systems
• lead resale or service-fulfilment pipelines
The objective is structured, repeatable lead monetisation.
Scope
This architecture applies to:
• Pay-Per-Lead system design inside MWMS
• validation and scaling of lead-acquisition models
• local business lead-generation structures
• inbound lead and call-flow optimisation
• deferred organic expansion modules related to PPL
This document defines the role, boundaries, and deferred module positioning of the PPL Brain.
It does not govern:
• direct capital approval by itself
• compliance rulings by themselves
• canon modification by itself
• activation of deferred modules by itself
• automation build execution by itself
• final strategic override decisions by themselves
Those remain governed by HeadOffice, Finance Brain, Compliance functions, and the relevant MWMS canon and governance documents.

The PPL Brain exists to create structured, repeatable lead monetisation systems that can be validated and scaled within MWMS.
These systems may include:
• local lead-generation models
• inbound call flows
• intent-capture pathways
• lead distribution or service fulfilment structures
Restrictions
PPL Brain:
• cannot override Finance Brain
• cannot override Compliance Brain
• cannot modify Canon
• cannot self-activate deferred modules
• cannot deploy capital without HeadOffice approval
All strategic escalation routes to HeadOffice.
Deferred Module
Module Name: GBP Engagement Engine (Future Module)
Status: Strategic Reserved – Not Active
Authority: MWMS HeadOffice
Classification: Deferred Revenue Diversification Layer
Purpose
This is a future local organic engagement engine designed to:
• capture inbound calls and high-intent leads
• increase authority positioning
• support recurring revenue models
• reduce dependency on paid traffic channels
Governance Restrictions
The deferred module may not perform:
• monetisation modelling
• execution planning
• asset creation
• automation configuration
• CRM integration
• reporting structures
• testing
Activation Conditions
This deferred module may only be activated when all of the following are satisfied:
- Affiliate Brain capital stability achieved
- AIBS subscription model enters build phase
- pilot local business selected
- diversification away from paid-only traffic required
No activation permitted without formal HeadOffice approval.
Final Rule
PPL Brain may structure and govern lead-acquisition systems, but it may not expand into active build or capital deployment authority without explicit upstream approval.
Deferred does not mean active.
Drift Protection
The system must prevent:
• PPL Brain bypassing Finance or Compliance controls
• deferred PPL modules being treated as active build authority
• local organic concepts being mistaken for approved execution plans
• capital deployment occurring without HeadOffice approval
• PPL scope expanding into canon or governance control
• strategic intent being converted into operational action without activation approval
PPL must remain structured, bounded, and subordinate to MWMS governance.
Architectural Intent
PPL Brain exists to give MWMS a second revenue-acquisition discipline beyond affiliate testing, focused on structured lead monetisation.
Its role is to create a governed pathway for future PPL expansion while keeping deferred organic and diversification modules parked until the broader MWMS capital and enterprise layers are ready.
