MWMS MCR Insight Review Cadence

Document Type: Standard
Status: Active
Version: v1.0
Authority: HeadOffice
Applies To: All Brains

Parent: Governance

Last Reviewed: 2026-03-30

Purpose

The MCR Insight Review Cadence defines how frequently captured intelligence should be reviewed.

It ensures:

useful signals are not forgotten

review timing is predictable

review workload remains controlled

system evolution occurs deliberately

active build sessions are not interrupted unnecessarily

Core Principle

Review discipline protects focus.

Not every insight requires immediate action.

Structured review timing prevents distraction and structural instability.

Review Frequency by Insight Type

High Priority Signals

Review Frequency:
Weekly

Examples:

new monetisation opportunities

new traffic methods

compliance risks

structural system constraints

major AI capability changes

Signals affecting survivability or system performance should be reviewed quickly.

Medium Priority Signals

Review Frequency:
Monthly

Examples:

workflow improvements

automation enhancements

productivity tools

system optimisation concepts

These signals often require pattern observation before structural decisions.

Low Priority Signals

Review Frequency:
Quarterly

Examples:

emerging technologies

speculative frameworks

future capability concepts

early-stage AI tools

Low urgency signals should accumulate evidence before review.

Deferred Signals

Review Frequency:
Based on trigger condition

Defined in:

MCR Deferred Review Register

Examples:

dependent on creation of new Brain

dependent on infrastructure maturity

dependent on validated workflow stage

Review Event Triggers

An insight should be reviewed immediately if:

multiple related signals appear

repeated relevance across different sources

dependency becomes active

related Brain becomes active

insight impacts capital allocation

insight impacts compliance exposure

insight impacts system survivability

Review Outcome Options

Each review must result in one of the following:

remain Captured

change to Candidate

change to Deferred

change to Experimental

promote to Brain

archive

reject

Review Responsibility

HeadOffice controls review discipline.

Research Brain may assist pattern identification.

Experimentation Brain may assist validation logic.

No Brain may self-promote structural expansion.
