Purpose

The MCR Knowledge Expansion Register records signals indicating potential future expansion of the MWMS ecosystem.

Expansion signals may indicate:

need for new Brain creation
need for new system modules
need for new automation capability
need for new intelligence layers
need for new governance structures

This page ensures expansion decisions are evidence-based rather than reactive.

Role in MWMS Architecture

The register acts as the observation layer for future structural growth.

It does not create Brains.

It identifies patterns that may justify structural expansion.

When to Record an Entry

Create an entry when:

multiple insights cluster around a similar theme

new capability repeatedly appears across courses

new tool category shows sustained relevance

new workflow pattern shows strong efficiency gains

new monetisation model emerges

new AI capability creates structural opportunity

new system constraint repeatedly appears

new automation opportunity repeatedly appears

Entry Structure

Use the structure below for each expansion signal.

Governance Rules

Entry inclusion does not automatically justify Brain creation.

Patterns must demonstrate:

repeatability
relevance
strategic benefit

before structural change occurs.

Structural Principle

MWMS expands through evidence, not impulse.

The Knowledge Expansion Register ensures structural evolution is intentional.
