Purpose
The MCR Classification Decision Guide exists to help determine the correct Brain destination for newly captured intelligence.
It prevents:
misclassification
routing drift
execution confusion
duplicate storage
structural inconsistency
It ensures intelligence is routed to the correct authority layer within MWMS.
When to Use
Use this guide after completing:
MCR Intake Capture Template
Use before moving intelligence into a Brain.
Core Principle
Classify based on FUNCTION, not topic.
Example:
AI tool → not automatically AI Brain
marketing idea → not automatically Ads Brain
The deciding factor is:
what role the information performs inside the system.
Classification Flow
If information helps evaluate opportunities
Route to:
Affiliate Brain
Examples:
offer ideas
vendor intelligence
market opportunity signals
mechanism insights
offer scoring concepts
If information helps design or improve advertising
Route to:
Ads Brain
Examples:
creative structures
hook concepts
platform behaviour insights
video frameworks
testing approaches
If information improves testing methodology
Route to:
Experimentation Brain
Examples:
A/B testing concepts
statistical models
confidence frameworks
experiment structures
If information improves research capability
Route to:
Research Brain
Examples:
customer psychology insights
problem awareness structures
market analysis frameworks
behavioural insights
If information affects system survivability or capital protection
Route to:
Finance Brain
Risk Brain
SIT Brain
Examples:
risk controls
compliance insights
cost control methods
survivability logic
If information relates to AI system creation or automation capability
Route to:
AIBS Brain
Operations Brain
Examples:
automation architecture
AI workflow orchestration
agent communication structures
system integration methods
If information defines rules, structure, authority, or governance
Route to:
MWMS Canon
Governance
Examples:
standards
protocols
authority definitions
classification rules
If classification is unclear
Store temporarily in:
MCR Intelligence Holding Area
until clarity emerges.
Decision Table
Information Type → Destination Brain
Opportunity evaluation → Affiliate Brain
Ad creative insight → Ads Brain
Testing method → Experimentation Brain
Customer insight → Research Brain
Risk control → Risk Brain
Financial logic → Finance Brain
Automation architecture → AIBS Brain
System workflow → Operations Brain
Governance rule → MWMS Canon
Unclear → MCR Intelligence Holding Area
Routing Priority Rule
If information could apply to multiple Brains:
choose the Brain where the information will be USED first.
Not where it might later expand.
Governance Safeguards
Do not route directly to:
multiple Brains simultaneously
Choose primary destination first.
Secondary relationships can be referenced later.
Relationship to Other Standards
Supports:
Brain Routing Rule
MWMS Document Taxonomy
Brain Header Schema Standard
MWMS Brain Interaction Protocol
