Purpose
The MWMS Active Brain Status Board tracks the current build state of each Brain inside the MWMS ecosystem.
This page exists to make it easy to see:
- which Brains are structurally built
- which Brains are partially built
- which Brains still need framework expansion
- which Brains need MCR to Brain copy decisions
- which Brains need future plugin or UI work
- where the next build priority sits
This page is a working reference, not a Canon page.
Core Rule
This board does not define Brain authority.
It only tracks build progress.
Authority remains defined by:
- MWMS Architecture Registry
- individual Brain Canon pages
- HeadOffice governance pages
- Decision Authority Matrix
Status Categories
Each Brain should be marked using one of the following statuses:
Built
The Brain has:
- Canon page
- main Brain page
- Architecture page
- first-layer frameworks
- clean parent structure
Partial
The Brain exists but is missing:
- architecture
- frameworks
- registry
- copy map
- plugin/UI logic
- integrity review
Planned
The Brain is recognised by MWMS but has not yet been fully built in MCR.
Review Needed
The Brain exists but requires checking for:
- duplicates
- wrong parents
- naming inconsistencies
- outdated structure
- missing registry entries

Priority Build Focus
Current priority should be:
- Affiliate Brain copy map

- HeadOffice cross-brain command visibility
Copy Map Tracking
Each Brain should eventually be classified using this format:

Plugin/UI Tracking
A page should only become plugin/UI work if it supports:
- repeated operational use
- intake workflows
- dashboards
- task execution
- signal logging
- status tracking
- decision recording
- reporting
Governance-only pages should remain in MCR.
Integrity Review Checklist
Before marking a Brain as stable, confirm:
- Canon page exists
- Brain page exists
- Architecture page exists
- frameworks sit under correct parent
- registry pages sit under correct parent
- no duplicate pages exist
- naming is clean
- no dash inconsistencies
- no pages are sitting at root level
Update Rule
This board should be updated when:
- a new Brain is created
- a Brain receives new frameworks
- a copy map is completed
- a Brain is moved into plugin/UI development
- duplicates are removed
- parent structure is corrected
- a Brain status changes
Final Rule
This board is the working build visibility layer.
It does not replace Canon.
It helps HeadOffice see what is built, what is missing, and what should happen next.
