Purpose
The MWMS Affiliate Revenue Engine defines the operational workflow through which affiliate opportunities are transformed into structured testing campaigns and scalable revenue systems.
This engine connects multiple Brains within the MWMS ecosystem and creates a repeatable cycle of:
• opportunity discovery
• opportunity evaluation
• creative development
• traffic acquisition
• performance analysis
• capital allocation decisions
The objective is not random campaign execution but a disciplined learning system that continuously improves opportunity selection and marketing performance.
Scope
This architecture applies to:
• Affiliate Brain opportunity flow from intake to lifecycle monitoring
• cross-brain affiliate revenue operations
• structured handoff between research, creative, traffic, analysis, and finance layers
• disciplined testing and scaling of affiliate opportunities
• intelligence capture from campaign outcomes for future improvement
This document defines the operational revenue-engine flow for affiliate monetisation inside MWMS.
It does not govern:
• final capital approval by itself
• canon authority by itself
• statistical validation rules by themselves
• direct platform playbooks by themselves
• Brain-specific employee registries by themselves
• governance override rules by themselves

Affiliate marketing within MWMS operates as a controlled experimentation system.
The engine follows the loop:

Each cycle generates data that improves future opportunity selection.
Engine Workflow
Stage 1 – Opportunity Intake
An affiliate offer is introduced into the system.
Sources may include:
• affiliate networks

• partner recommendations
The offer is registered as an opportunity record.
The opportunity is routed to the Affiliate Brain.
Stage 2 – Deep Research
Affiliate Brain sends the opportunity to the Research & Intelligence Brain.
Research Brain performs deep analysis including:

• funnel structure evaluation
Research Brain produces an:
Opportunity Intelligence Report
Stage 3 – Opportunity Evaluation
Research results return to Affiliate Brain.
Affiliate Brain evaluates the opportunity using its structural evaluation framework including:

• Trust Escalation Audit
• Structural Opposition Analysis
