MWMS MCR Proposed Employee Register

Document Type: Registry
Status: Structural
Version: v1.1
Authority: HeadOffice
Applies To: All MWMS brains
Parent: MWMS MCR Knowledge Expansion Register
Last Reviewed: 2026-04-11

Purpose

The MWMS MCR Proposed Employee Register stores potential future employees identified through research, system design, architectural development, and knowledge expansion.

These employees are not yet formally activated inside any operational brain.

They represent emerging functional roles that may later:

• become operational employees
• become AI agents
• become automation roles
• become decision-support entities
• become cross-brain support functions
• become discipline-specific employees
• be rejected if deemed unnecessary or redundant

This page prevents premature placement of employees inside discipline brains before sufficient structural clarity exists.

Scope

This registry applies to:

• employees identified during research activities
• employees emerging from absorbed knowledge sources
• employees identified through MCR insight expansion
• employees discovered through system architecture work
• roles implied by frameworks but not yet operationalized
• conceptual employees required for future automation layers

This registry does not activate employees.

Activation authority remains governed by:

• HeadOffice
• Brain Authority Matrix
• MWMS Brain Creation Protocol
• discipline-specific governance systems

Function

The Proposed Employee Register performs five functions:

1. Capture emerging employee concepts

Allows early capture of functional roles without prematurely committing architecture.

2. Prevent structural fragmentation

Prevents similar roles being independently created in multiple brains.

3. Support future automation architecture

Allows employee definitions to stabilize before implementation as AI agents or automated logic structures.

4. Preserve conceptual clarity

Separates exploratory structure from operational structure.

5. Support structured promotion decisions

Provides a controlled pathway for promotion into:

• HeadOffice employees
• discipline brain employees
• cross-brain employees
• AI employees

Promotion Criteria

An employee may be promoted when:

• repeated use across frameworks is observed
• clear decision scope exists
• duplication risk across brains is identified
• role contributes measurable structural clarity
• role supports automation roadmap
• role aligns with Brain Authority Matrix

Promotion moves the employee into:

• Brain Employee Registry
or
• MWMS AI Employee Registry

Governance Rules

Proposed employees:

• do not perform actions
• do not make decisions
• do not execute workflows
• do not appear inside operational dashboards
• do not override existing brain authority

They exist only as structural preparation.

HeadOffice retains authority to:

• approve promotion
• reject roles
• merge roles
• redefine roles
• assign brain ownership

Architectural Intent

The Proposed Employee Register allows MWMS to evolve its internal capability structure safely.

It prevents premature automation decisions and protects system clarity as new knowledge domains are integrated.

It enables MWMS to absorb large bodies of knowledge without fragmenting structural design.
