Purpose

The Ads Brain – Dashboard Architecture defines the data visibility layer used to monitor advertising experiments, campaign performance, and scaling readiness.

The dashboard exists to provide a clear operational overview of advertising systems within the MWMS ecosystem.

It allows HeadOffice and Ads Brain operators to interpret campaign performance quickly and consistently.

The dashboard is an observation layer.

It does not override governance or decision authority.

Scope

This reference applies to:

• Ads Brain dashboard structure
• campaign monitoring surfaces
• experiment-status visibility
• creative, audience, platform, scaling, and budget reporting panels
• executive-level advertising visibility inside MWMS

This document governs how the Ads Brain dashboard should be structured as a reporting and observation system.

It does not govern:

• campaign approval
• scaling approval
• capital allocation control
• experiment modification
• decision authority
• Finance Brain override

Those remain governed by Ads Brain decision systems, Finance Brain, HeadOffice, and related governance layers.

Definition / Rules

Relationship to MWMS System Architecture

The Ads Brain dashboard reads data from multiple system layers including:

• Experiment Registry
• Campaign Review Protocol
• Creative Performance Scorecard
• Scaling Intelligence
• Platform Intelligence

The dashboard provides visibility but does not modify data.

Dashboard Authority

Authority Type: Observation and Monitoring

Final Authority: HeadOffice

The dashboard may:

• display campaign performance signals
• display experiment status
• display scaling candidates
• display creative performance signals
• display budget exposure signals

The dashboard may not:

• approve campaigns
• authorise scaling
• override governance
• modify experiment records

Operational decisions remain governed by the Ads Brain Decision Engine and Finance Brain.

Dashboard Layers

The dashboard contains several visibility layers.

Campaign Overview Panel

Displays:

• active campaigns
• campaign lifecycle stage
• platform used
• campaign status
• current CPA
• conversion behaviour

Experiment Panel

Displays:

• active experiments
• experiment ID
• test variables
• experiment duration
• data collection status

Creative Intelligence Panel

Displays:

• active creatives
• hook performance signals
• creative engagement behaviour
• creative durability indicators
• creative fatigue signals

Audience Intelligence Panel

Displays:

• target audience signals
• demographic response clusters
• frequency exposure levels
• saturation indicators

Platform Performance Panel

Displays:

• platform distribution
• delivery behaviour
• platform stability signals
• algorithm learning-phase indicators

Scaling Intelligence Panel

Displays:

• campaigns approaching scale readiness
• marginal CPA behaviour
• creative durability signals
• scaling risk indicators

Capital Exposure Panel

Displays:

• test budgets
• current spend
• capital exposure by campaign
• scaling budget proposals

Executive Summary Panel

Provides HeadOffice with a simplified overview including:

• active campaigns
• profitable campaigns
• campaigns under review
• scaling candidates
• budget exposure

Relationship to Decision Engine

The Decision Engine interprets campaign signals.

The dashboard displays those signals.

The dashboard does not make decisions.

Relationship to Finance Brain

Finance Brain controls capital allocation.

The dashboard displays budget exposure but cannot modify capital controls.

Relationship to Experimentation Brain

Experimentation Brain ensures experiment integrity.

The dashboard may display experiment status but cannot alter test structure.

Future Expansion

Future dashboard versions may include:

• real-time campaign metrics
• automated performance alerts
• creative fatigue detection
• cross-platform campaign comparison
• AI-generated campaign insights

Final Rule

Dashboards exist to reveal signal, not to create decisions.

All campaign decisions must continue to follow the Ads Brain Decision Engine and MWMS governance framework.

Drift Protection

The system must prevent:

• dashboards being mistaken for decision authorities
• reporting surfaces mutating experiment or campaign data
• budget visibility being confused with capital-control permission
• summary panels overriding underlying governance systems
• signal display replacing structured decision processes

The dashboard must remain observational, not executive.

Architectural Intent

Ads Brain – Dashboard Architecture exists to make advertising-system visibility fast, structured, and governance-safe.

Its role is to provide HeadOffice and Ads Brain with a consistent monitoring surface across campaigns, experiments, creatives, audiences, platforms, scaling readiness, and capital exposure without weakening formal decision authority elsewhere in MWMS.

Change Log

Version: v1.2
Date: 2026-03-17
Author: MWMS HeadOffice
Change: Standardised page metadata and naming to align with the locked MWMS standards pack. Normalised Document Type from non-taxonomy “Architecture” to “Reference”, normalised Status from “Architecture” to “Active”, standardised title usage to “Ads Brain – Dashboard Architecture”, and preserved the original observation-layer logic, authority limits, reporting panels, system relationships, and governance boundaries.

Version: v1.1
Date: 2026-03-14
Author: MWMS HeadOffice / Ads Brain
Change: Rebuilt page to align with MWMS document standards. Added standardised document header, introduced Purpose / Scope / Definition / Rules structure, normalised dashboard-layer and relationship sections, and preserved the original observation-layer logic, authority limits, reporting panels, and governance boundaries.

Version: v1.0
Date: 2026-03-13
Author: Ads Brain / MWMS HeadOffice
Change: Initial creation of Ads Brain – Dashboard Architecture defining dashboard authority, reporting layers, panel structure, system relationships, future expansion, and non-decision observation role.
