Purpose

The Ads Brain – Creative Intelligence Library exists to preserve structured advertising learnings inside the MWMS ecosystem.

Its purpose is to:

• store winning hooks
• store tested creative angles
• record failed creative patterns
• preserve ad-level observations
• identify repeatable performance signals
• build long-term media buying memory

Ads Brain must not rely on memory or opinion alone.

Creative intelligence must be recorded so that successful patterns can be reused and weak patterns can be avoided.

Scope

This reference applies to:

• reusable creative learnings
• historical hook and angle pattern storage
• creative-performance pattern memory
• fatigue and iteration observations
• pattern recognition across paid traffic creatives
• long-term creative reference inside Ads Brain

This document governs the purpose and structure of the Creative Intelligence Library as a reusable memory surface.

It does not govern:

• live campaign decisions by itself
• capital allocation approval
• direct campaign execution
• experiment setup authority
• final survivability authority

Those remain governed by Ads Brain protocols, Finance Brain, HeadOffice, and related systems.

Definition / Rules

Core Function

The Creative Intelligence Library acts as the memory layer for paid traffic creative testing.

It stores:

• hook type
• creative angle
• message structure
• audience context
• platform context
• performance observations
• fatigue indicators
• iteration notes

This allows Ads Brain to accumulate signal over time.

Library Categories

The library should organise creative intelligence across the following categories.

Hook Intelligence

Stores data relating to hook performance.

Includes:

• hook category
• opening line structure
• retention behaviour
• click behaviour
• platform suitability

Angle Intelligence

Stores data relating to angle performance.

Includes:

• problem angle
• mechanism angle
• contrarian angle
• demonstration angle
• identity angle
• consequence angle

Creative Pattern Intelligence

Stores recurring structural patterns.

Includes:

• scene structures
• pacing style
• transition pattern
• visual proof style
• voiceover style
• text overlay style

Performance Signal Intelligence

Stores observed outcomes.

Includes:

• strong retention
• weak retention
• high CTR
• low CTR
• conversion lift
• poor conversion behaviour

Fatigue Intelligence

Stores creative decay signals.

Includes:

• declining CTR
• declining retention
• repeated audience exposure
• reduced engagement quality

Minimum Record Structure

Every creative record should include, where available:

• Creative ID
• Offer or campaign
• Platform
• Hook type
• Angle type
• Creative summary
• Testing context
• Primary observed signal
• Outcome classification
• Notes or lessons

Outcome Classification

All creative entries should be classified as one of the following:

• Winning Pattern
• Promising Pattern
• Neutral Pattern
• Weak Pattern
• Failed Pattern

The purpose is not emotional judgement.

The purpose is structured pattern recognition.

Relationship to Hook Testing Framework

The Hook Testing Framework governs how hooks are tested.

The Creative Intelligence Library stores the outcome of those tests.

Relationship to Creative Angle Matrix

The Creative Angle Matrix governs how angles are structured.

The Creative Intelligence Library records which angles perform best within specific contexts.

Relationship to Scaling Intelligence

Scaling Intelligence determines whether winning creative can be expanded.

The Creative Intelligence Library provides the historical pattern memory used to evaluate whether a creative is robust enough for scaling.

Relationship to Affiliate Brain

Affiliate Brain determines whether the opportunity is structurally viable.

The Creative Intelligence Library records how that opportunity performs when translated into paid traffic creative.

Future Expansion

The Creative Intelligence Library may eventually support:

• searchable creative archive
• hook performance database
• angle saturation detection
• platform-specific creative pattern maps
• vertical-specific creative memory

Final Rule

Creative intelligence must be preserved.

If creative learnings are not recorded, the system repeats avoidable mistakes.

Ads Brain must build cumulative pattern recognition over time.

Drift Protection

The system must prevent:

• creative learnings being left unrecorded
• only winning creatives being remembered while failures are ignored
• pattern storage without enough context to be reusable
• memory by opinion replacing memory by recorded evidence
• repeated creative mistakes caused by poor historical reference discipline

Creative memory must remain structured, reusable, and cumulative.

Architectural Intent

Ads Brain – Creative Intelligence Library exists to preserve reusable ad-learning patterns across hooks, angles, structures, and performance signals.

Its role is to make Ads Brain smarter over time by converting one-off creative tests into a searchable pattern memory that improves future campaign hypotheses and reduces repeated mistakes.

Change Log

Version: v1.2
Date: 2026-03-17
Author: MWMS HeadOffice
Change: Standardised page metadata and naming to align with the locked MWMS standards pack. Normalised Status from “Intelligence Library” to “Active”, standardised title usage to “Ads Brain – Creative Intelligence Library”, preserved the original library purpose, pattern categories, minimum record structure, and long-term creative memory logic, and retained the document as a Reference under the locked MWMS document taxonomy.

Version: v1.1
Date: 2026-03-14
Author: MWMS HeadOffice / Ads Brain
Change: Rebuilt page to align with MWMS document standards. Added standardised document header, introduced Purpose / Scope / Definition / Rules structure, normalised category and relationship sections, and preserved the original library purpose, pattern categories, minimum record structure, and long-term creative memory logic.

Version: v1.0
Date: 2026-03-13
Author: Ads Brain / MWMS HeadOffice
Change: Initial creation of Ads Brain – Creative Intelligence Library defining the reusable creative-memory layer for hooks, angles, patterns, performance observations, fatigue signals, and cumulative media-buying intelligence.
