Purpose
The MWMS AI Employee Registry is the official master record of all AI Employees operating within the MWMS ecosystem.
It defines:
• every AI employee
• which Brain they belong to
• their operational role
• their authority boundaries
• their responsibilities within the system
The registry prevents role duplication, scope confusion, and uncontrolled AI expansion.
If an AI employee is not listed in this registry, it is not recognised as an official component of the MWMS organisation.
Scope
This registry applies to:
• all AI employees across MWMS
• cross-brain employee role registration
• employee authority and scope definition
• governance control over AI workforce expansion
• structural visibility of assigned employee responsibilities
This document governs the official recognition, classification, and scope control of AI employees inside MWMS.
It does not govern:
• brain-specific operating rules by themselves
• canon authority by itself
• campaign execution
• capital allocation
• compliance rulings by themselves
• unregistered experimental roles outside HeadOffice approval
Those remain governed by HeadOffice, the relevant Brain canons, and other system-specific governance documents.

When a new employee is created:
• the employee must be added to the AI Employee Registry
• the assigned Brain must be specified
• authority level must be defined
Employees may not expand their scope beyond the responsibilities listed here.
Recognition Rule
If an AI employee is not listed in this registry, it is not recognised as an official MWMS AI employee.
Unregistered AI roles are structurally non-authorised.
Outcome
The AI Employee Registry ensures that the MWMS ecosystem operates as a structured AI organisation with clear roles, responsibilities, and governance boundaries.
It protects the system from:
• uncontrolled AI expansion
• role duplication
• operational confusion
Final Rule
Every AI employee inside MWMS must be declared, Brain-assigned, scope-limited, and governance-recognised through this registry.
No employee becomes official through usage alone.
Drift Protection
The system must prevent:
• undeclared AI employees operating inside MWMS
• employees drifting beyond their assigned Brain scope
• duplicate roles appearing across Brains without review
• authority levels being implied rather than declared
• experimental AI roles becoming permanent without HeadOffice approval
• cross-brain confusion caused by missing employee registration
The AI workforce must remain deliberate, structured, and governed.
Architectural Intent
MWMS – AI Employee Registry exists to provide a master governance record for the AI workforce operating across MWMS.
Its role is to ensure that every AI employee is visible, assigned, bounded, and organisationally legible so the ecosystem scales as a controlled AI organisation rather than an uncontrolled collection of roles.
