Purpose
The MWMS HeadOffice Page Registry provides a central inventory of all pages within the MWMS system.
This registry ensures that:
• HeadOffice maintains awareness of the full system knowledge structure
• no pages exist outside governance oversight
• all pages are traceable to their owning Brain
• the system architecture remains visible and navigable
• AI routing systems can identify valid documentation sources
• humans can quickly locate documentation without relying on screenshots or manual lists
The Page Registry acts as the single authoritative index of all MWMS pages.
Scope
This registry applies to:
• all MWMS pages across the ecosystem
• system-wide page inventory and traceability
• page ownership mapping by Brain
• page-type classification and status tracking
• future documentation discovery, routing, and audit support
This document governs how MWMS pages should be registered and tracked as documentation objects.
It does not govern:
• architecture design by itself
• authority relationships by itself
• live routing decisions by itself
• page content standards by themselves
• canon hierarchy rules by themselves
• brain interaction rules by themselves
Those remain governed by the relevant HeadOffice maps, standards, and canon documents.

Pages not listed here are considered unregistered documentation.
Page ownership must always map to a single Brain.
Page Type classification must follow the approved taxonomy.
This registry must be reviewed after any architecture or page changes.
Relationship to Other System Maps
This registry works alongside:

The Page Registry tracks documents, while the other maps track system structure and relationships.

Final Rule
No MWMS page should be treated as fully governed documentation unless it is registered here with clear ownership, type, authority level, and status.
If a page is missing from the registry, it is structurally invisible.
Drift Protection
The system must prevent:
• pages existing outside registry visibility
• duplicate or conflicting ownership mappings
• page types drifting away from approved taxonomy
• undocumented page creation after structural changes
• humans relying on screenshots or memory instead of governed inventory
• routing and discovery systems referencing incomplete page records
The Page Registry must remain current, authoritative, and system-wide.
Architectural Intent
HeadOffice Page Registry exists to give MWMS a central documentation inventory that makes every page visible, classifiable, and traceable within the wider ecosystem.
Its role is to stop documentation sprawl, support future AI retrieval and routing, and ensure that the knowledge structure of MWMS remains governed rather than accidental.
