Weekly Review Protocol
Core Principle
Affiliate marketing success comes from consistent experimentation and learning.
The Weekly Review ensures that the Affiliate Brain system continues to improve over time.
Each week provides new intelligence.
Review Frequency
The review should occur once per week.
Recommended duration:
30-60 minutes
The review should focus on:
• campaign performance
• opportunity pipeline
• creative testing results
• learning capture
Step 1 – Command Dashboard Review
Open the Affiliate Brain Command Dashboard.
Review the status of:
• Opportunity Pipeline
• Offers Ready for Testing
• Active Campaigns
• Scaling Campaigns
• Completed Tests
• Offer Graveyard
Purpose:
Gain situational awareness of Affiliate Brain activity.
Step 2 – Active Campaign Review
Review campaigns currently running.
Evaluate:
• spend levels
• CTR performance
• intent signals
• high-intent signals
• revenue behaviour
Questions:
• Are campaigns progressing normally?
• Are any campaigns approaching kill rules?
• Are any campaigns demonstrating strong signal behaviour?
Step 3 – Creative Performance Review
Review creative performance across campaigns.
Identify:
• best-performing hooks
• best-performing angles
• weak creatives
• possible creative improvements
Winning hooks should be recorded in the MWMS Hook Intelligence Library.
Step 4 – Campaign Review Output Check
For campaigns that completed testing, ensure that the Campaign Review Protocol has been completed.
Confirm that:
• key learning points are recorded
• campaign intelligence is stored in the MWMS Campaign Intelligence Archive
Step 5 – Opportunity Pipeline Review
Review offers currently under evaluation.
Questions:
• Are new opportunities entering the pipeline?
• Are any offers ready to progress toward testing?
• Are weak opportunities being filtered out?
This step ensures the pipeline remains active.
Step 6 – Offer Graveyard Review
Review recently archived offers.
Confirm:
• reasons for failure are documented
• lessons learned are clear
This review helps refine future opportunity selection.
Step 7 – Testing Priorities
Decide which opportunities should enter testing next week.
Prioritisation should consider:
• offer scoring
• market opportunity
• creative readiness
• testing capacity
Step 8 – Strategic Observations
Record any broader insights observed during the weekly review.
Examples:
• audience behaviour patterns
• creative trends
• traffic cost changes
• emerging opportunities
These observations improve strategic thinking.
Review Output
Each weekly review should produce:
• updated campaign status
• new testing priorities
• recorded learning insights
• pipeline updates
These outputs maintain operational clarity.
Drift Protection
The Weekly Review must prevent:
• campaigns running without oversight
• learning being ignored
• opportunities stagnating in the pipeline
• repeated testing mistakes
The review keeps the system disciplined.
Architectural Intent
The Weekly Review Protocol maintains the health and evolution of Affiliate Brain.
It ensures that campaign intelligence continues to compound over time.
Regular review improves decision quality and campaign performance.
