Structural Audit Employees:
• may inform risk interpretation
• may downgrade confidence
• may not authorise or deny capital
Manual logging is required until full system integration.
Final Rule
No Affiliate Brain AI employee is valid unless it is defined in this registry with clear authority, trigger conditions, outputs, and governance limits.
Employee definition must come before automation.
Governance must come before autonomy.
Drift Protection
The system must prevent:
• undeclared Affiliate Brain employees operating outside the registry
• automation being introduced without mapped roles
• advisory employees being treated as capital-decision agents
• structural audit outputs being mistaken for final verdict authority
• employee scope drifting beyond declared authority boundaries
• registry gaps causing ungoverned AI behaviour inside Affiliate Brain
This registry must remain the controlling reference for Affiliate Brain AI role legitimacy.
Architectural Intent
Affiliate Brain – Employee Registry exists to define the authorised AI workforce inside Affiliate Brain in a way that is structured, bounded, and governance-safe.
Its role is to ensure that every employee has a declared function, limited authority, clear escalation path, and known relationship to capital, compliance, and structural risk so the system can scale without losing control.
