Purpose

This document defines the Affiliate Brain Command Dashboard as the high-level operational overview surface for the affiliate marketing pipeline within MWMS.

It acts as the central control panel used to monitor the current status of opportunities, campaigns, and testing activity.

The dashboard does not store campaign data.

It references intelligence stored in other Affiliate Brain systems.

Scope

This reference applies to:

• Affiliate Brain dashboard visibility surfaces
• operational monitoring of opportunity and campaign stages
• overview presentation of testing and scaling status
• high-level review during planning and management sessions

This document defines what the dashboard shows and how it should be used.

It does not govern:

• campaign execution
• offer scoring rules
• testing definitions
• campaign review decisions
• archive storage logic
• detailed intelligence records

Those remain governed by specialised Affiliate Brain systems and their associated Frameworks, Protocols, and Specifications.

Core Principle

The dashboard exists to maintain situational awareness.

It must remain simple and readable.

Detailed intelligence must remain in the specialised systems that generate it.

Drift Protection

The dashboard must not:

• duplicate detailed campaign data
• replace specialised intelligence systems
• contain experimental notes

The dashboard references intelligence stored in other Affiliate Brain modules.

Architectural Intent

The Affiliate Brain Command Dashboard acts as the operational overview of the affiliate marketing system.

It provides clarity about what is happening across the entire testing pipeline.

This supports disciplined campaign management and improves decision visibility.
