Purpose
The Opportunity Queue is the intake holding area for potential affiliate opportunities before structured evaluation.
It captures raw opportunity signals prior to formal analysis within the Offer Intelligence layer.
The queue exists to prevent:
• loss of opportunity signals
• premature analysis of incomplete opportunities
• disruption of Offer Intelligence workflow
• unstructured opportunity evaluation
All potential opportunities must first be logged in the Opportunity Queue before entering Offer Intelligence.
Scope
This page applies to:
• raw affiliate opportunity intake inside Affiliate Brain
• queue-stage capture of signals before formal evaluation
• status tracking for pending, promoted, rejected, and archived opportunities
• promotion readiness before Offer Intelligence creation
• preservation of signal memory before structured evaluation begins
This page governs how affiliate opportunities are captured and held before formal evaluation.
It does not govern:
• structured offer analysis by itself
• Velocity scoring by itself
• capital approval by itself
• experiment design by itself
• campaign execution by itself
• final strategic approval by itself
Those remain governed by Offer Intelligence, the Offer Registry, the Velocity Decision Engine, Experimentation Brain, Finance Brain, and related operational documents.
Definition / Rules
Role in Affiliate Brain
Opportunity Queue sits at the beginning of the Affiliate Brain opportunity pipeline.
Workflow:
Research Brain
↓
Opportunity Queue
↓
Offer Intelligence
↓
Velocity Decision Engine
↓
Experimentation Brain
↓
Finance Brain
Opportunity Queue stores signals.
Offer Intelligence performs structured evaluation.
Queue Entry Requirements
Each opportunity added to the queue must include:
• Opportunity Name
• Source of Opportunity
• Affiliate Network (if known)
• Problem Domain
• Claim Category (health / income / financial / other)
• Initial Reason for Interest
Source Type may include:
• Course
• Newsletter
• Competitor observation
• Market research
• Affiliate network listing
• Prior experiment signal
Queue entries may contain incomplete data.
Formal evaluation occurs only after promotion to Offer Intelligence.
Queue Table
Standard column structure:
Opportunity | Source | Network | Domain | Initial Signal | Queue Status
Example entries:
| Aqua Tower | Newsletter | ClickBank | Water / Survival | Disaster water generation concept | Promoted |
| Genius Wave | Course | ClickBank | Cognitive | Brainwave audio product | Promoted |
| Unknown Supplement | Affiliate Marketplace | Unknown | Health | High gravity listing | Pending |
Queue Status Types
Each entry must be assigned one status.
Pending
Signal captured but not yet evaluated.
Promoted
Opportunity moved to Offer Intelligence for structured evaluation.
Rejected
Opportunity dismissed before evaluation.
Archived
Opportunity no longer relevant.
Promotion Rule
An opportunity may move from Opportunity Queue to Offer Intelligence only when sufficient information exists to perform structured evaluation.
Upon promotion:
• a new Offer Intelligence page must be created
• the opportunity must be entered into the Offer Registry
• the Opportunity Queue entry must update status to Promoted
Queue Discipline Rule
Opportunity Queue is not an analysis environment.
It is an intake system.
Structured evaluation must occur only inside the Offer Intelligence layer.
Testing recommendations may not originate from Opportunity Queue.
Relationship to Other Brains
Research Brain supplies opportunity signals.
Affiliate Brain manages the queue and evaluation process.
Experimentation Brain evaluates statistical testing integrity once testing begins.
Finance Brain governs capital exposure once testing is approved.
Structural Pipeline
The Affiliate Brain opportunity pipeline operates as follows:
Research Signal
↓
Opportunity Queue
↓
Offer Intelligence
↓
Offer Registry
↓
Velocity Decision Engine
↓
Experimentation Brain
↓
Finance Brain
Each layer performs a distinct function.
No opportunity may bypass these stages.
Final Rule
If an opportunity is not captured in the Opportunity Queue, it is not structurally in the Affiliate Brain system.
Signal capture must occur before evaluation.
Drift Protection
The system must prevent:
• opportunities moving directly into Offer Intelligence without queue capture
• queue entries being used as substitute analysis pages
• incomplete raw signals being mistaken for evaluated opportunities
• promoted opportunities missing Offer Registry entry
• rejected signals disappearing without queue history
• untracked opportunities reaching downstream testing systems
The Opportunity Queue must remain a disciplined signal-memory layer, not an ad hoc analysis area.
Architectural Intent
Opportunity Queue exists to preserve raw opportunity intake in a controlled, visible, and reusable form before formal evaluation begins.
Its role is to protect Affiliate Brain from reactive, unstructured opportunity handling by ensuring that all affiliate signals enter through one intake layer before they are promoted into structured offer analysis and downstream capital decision systems.
